At Sub-Zero Trendz, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. As a designer label reselling business, we take extra care to ensure each item is handled, packaged, and delivered securely.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times & Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Sub-Zero Trendz is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the shipping cost.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
