Returns & Refunds Policy – Sub-Zero Trendz

At Sub-Zero Trendz, we are committed to providing high-quality designer pieces and a transparent shopping experience. As a designer label reselling business, all items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and authenticity materials must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Due to the nature of reselling designer goods, some items may show minor signs of storage or prior handling—these will be clearly described and do not qualify as defects.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@subzerotrendz.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Klarna Compliance Notice
If you selected Klarna at checkout:

  • You must continue to meet your payment obligations until your return has been received and processed
  • Once your refund is approved, Klarna will be notified and your balance will be updated accordingly
  • We recommend marking your return in the Klarna app to pause payments where applicable

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
